I was born and raised in Bellingham ,Wa, and have lived in the Birch Bay area for the past 18 years. A retired hairstylist and now have time for artwork. i started out with Pointallism , adding watercolor (Stippling) , and now “brushing” up with Acrylics. I have enjoyed getting together with many artists that have moved here and shared their experiences in the art world , picking up great painting tips too! i enjoy doing pets portraits , especially as a memorial piece. i’ve been married for 54 years and we still Dig each other (since the 60’s!) walking and golf are getaways from artwork and gardening. I have a twin sister (Becky) that we are involved in many things together. I am so glad there is an art council and gallery here!
